Promise Council
A Promise to Help Schools Help Kids
Promise Council was established in 2009 with a vision for every child in our community to receive a quality education that prepares them to achieve personal success and contribute to the success of their communities. By creating a sustainable network of caring adults to connect and engage community resources that remove barriers to learning so all children can achieve success through education, the mission of Promise Council today reaches 23 schools in three school districts across Central Illinois. Parkside Junior High School is proud to be one of those schools where Promise Council helps our school help your kids, but we also need your help!
This school year already, our PJHS Promise Council group of school staff and community volunteers have enabled support for over 25 students in-need of personal care items, professional services, academic supplies, and more.
If you are interested in assisting the Promise Council - through volunteering or being part of our email list - please consider completing the form below:
PJHS Promise Council Volunteer Form
Note: If you filled out this form in past years, please complete it again so we can refresh our list of caring adults.
