Registration

Please Follow these easy steps to make registration go smoothly...   Check the Unit #5 website for general timelines and information to begin the school year.   Families new to unit 5 should call the McLean County Unit #5 office (309-557-4400) to confirm that your address is within the PJHS boundaries.   Once you have determined that PJHS is the correct middle school, please call the PJHS Counseling office (309-557-4790) to make an appointment to register your student.    Before coming to your appointment please check the links below to be sure you bring the required proof of residence:

If your student has an IEP or a 504 plan, please bring a copy so we can make sure your student receives the appropriate services.   Students are encouraged to attend the registration appointment if possible.
